Generation that is not motivated

New research from GfK shows that young employees around the world show a lack of motivation and engagement in the workplace: they are most affected by the perceived pressure at work which continues to create long-term problems for the management of companies but also for countries.

This study was conducted by GfK Custom Research on a sample of 30,000 employees in 29 countries around the world and it showed how the labor market is polarized between young people between the age of 18 and 29 and older somewhat resigned employees.

While younger employees generally exempt from most responsibilities at work, more of them are "often" or "almost always" concerned about the balance between work and private life, pressure due to overtime hours, and health.
