Vacation

Most Americans have two or three weeks of vacation annually, but only half of them use all of it, and usually not all at once, but week by week. Also it is expected that they are availability at any time. Basis of the problem lies in the fact that employers are not obliged by law to provide paid annual leave.

On the other hand, Europeans have 4 to 6 weeks paid annual vacation. In Finland, Brazil and France employees have guaranteed six weeks of vacation.
