How to relax your body and mind?

1. Weekend is a time for socializing
2. Feed yourself spiritually - give something to others
3. Exercise
4. Housework should not dominate the weekend
5. Do not be a spectator - unhappy people watch 30% more TV then very happy people
6. Come up with something interesting to do on Sunday evening
